Bioacoustics field courses are a field of science that studies sound characteristics, sound physiology, sound organs, sound functions, sound analysis and the benefits of sound for living creatures. March to June 2024 Dr. Fahma Wijayanti, M.Si conducted research in groups with 8th semester students in collaboration with BRIN in the Situ Gintung Water Area. Situ Gintung is a lake in the East Ciputat area, South Tangerang City. This site has an area of 21.49 ha and is estimated to be able to accommodate I million m3 of water (South Tangerang City Regional Regulation No. 15, 2011).
Topic : bio acoustics of bats and bats as vectors of zoonoses which was raised as a topic in collaborative research between UIN Jakarta and BRIN.
