Jakarta, November 20, 2025 — The Biology Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, has officially received Excellent Accreditation from the Independent Accreditation Agency for Natural Sciences and Formal Sciences (LAMSAMA). This accreditation was granted on November 6, 2025 and is valid until June 4, 2030.

This achievement is an important milestone for the Biology Study Program as evidence of continuous quality improvement in academics, research, and educational services. Excellent status is the highest accreditation rating, indicating that a study program has met and exceeded national standards in terms of curriculum, educator competence, laboratory facilities, governance, and the impact of research on society and scientific development.

The Head of the Biology Study Program said that this achievement was inseparable from the cooperation of all elements of the academic community. “Excellent accreditation is not only an administrative achievement, but also a representation of our commitment to providing quality education, producing relevant research, and producing competent graduates who are globally competitive,” he said.

For years, the Biology Study Program at FST UIN Jakarta has shown significant progress through:
