The Biology Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, held a Curriculum Workshop for the Biology Study Program as part of a strategic effort to revise and refine the 2025 Curriculum on December 3 and 10, 2025. This activity aims to ensure that the curriculum is aligned with Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL), the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach, as well as the demands of scientific development and stakeholder needs.
The workshop was held in two main sessions focusing on the design and preparation of curriculum documents and Semester Learning Plans (RPS).
Session 1: Curriculum Document Design & Development
In the first session, participants engaged in curriculum document analysis and alignment activities.
This session focused on reviewing and designing the curriculum structure to align it with the graduate profile and expected learning outcomes, as well as to meet applicable higher education policy standards.
Session 2: Curriculum and RPS Document Design & Development

- CPL-Based Curriculum Structure Development Workshop
- OBE (Outcome-Based Education)-Oriented RPS Development
- Curriculum Document Finalization
In this session, participants collaboratively develop and refine OBE-based RPS and finalize curriculum documents as the basis for implementing the 2025 Biology Study Program Curriculum.
Through this workshop, the Biology Study Program hopes to produce an adaptive, relevant, and graduate-oriented curriculum that can improve the quality of learning and the competitiveness of graduates at the national and international levels.
