Biology Study Program of Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has completed the accreditation visitation process from the Natural Science and Formal Science Self-Accreditation Agency (LAMSAMA) on June 1 to 3, 2025. This visitation is part of a comprehensive assessment process of academic quality, governance, curriculum, human resources, and facilities and infrastructure supporting the study program. For two full days, the assessor team conducted document evaluation sessions, interviews with faculty and university leaders, lecturers, students, alumni, and graduate user partners.

This visitation was considered to run smoothly and productively thanks to careful preparation and full support from all Biology Study Program academicians and the faculty. The assessor team, Prof. Dr. Sri Puji Astuti Wahyuningsih, M.Si from Airlangga University and Prof. Dr. rer.nat. Maya Shovitri, M.Si from Sepuluh November Institute of Technology (ITS) gave appreciation for the achievements, collaborative spirit, and commitment of Biology Study Program in maintaining and improving the quality of education. The hope is that this process will provide maximum results and become a starting point for Biology Study Program in achieving superior accreditation and expanding academic work at the national and international levels.
